Our Service
At the heart of Ausherman Properties is a desire to give back to the community in which we live and work. Our entire team takes pride in supporting our community. We strive to make a difference through group service projects, and many team members serve with local organizations, community groups, and nonprofits. We’re not only building homes and commercial properties—we’re building community.

Giving Back
Ausherman Family Foundation recognizes our team’s dedication to making a difference in the community and generous contribution of our time, money, and skills to a range of organizations. To help our team create a greater impact on the causes we are passionate about, the Ausherman Family Foundation kicked off an Employee Matching Giving program in August of 2018. Any organization employees contribute to are matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $2,500 per year per employee.
To date, employees have made 93 contributions to 43 organizations, resulting in $22,622 in matching funds disbursed to charitable organizations.
Building Company Community
Our staff and their families come together annually to celebrate their hard work and relax at our annual family picnic. This is just one of many company events. Our recognition goes beyond any one occasion as we appreciate our teams every day.
